Team Leader Training
A short course run by ViP and BPIF Training, for managers and supervisors, aimed at bringing out the skills needed for effective leadership and management.
Although commercially aware, for many supervisors being a team leader doesn't come naturally. To be successful in this role skills such as motivation, delegation, leadership and time management are essential in getting the best from our teams and improving performance and productivity.
This course focuses on equipping those in leadership positions, be they in any department from prepress to finishing, customer service, accounts or administration, with the skills necessary to manage their teams, resources and processes in the most effective way possible. In turn, maintaining high standards and freeing up their own time to focus on other essential duties.
