Team Leader Training - the programme

The course only takes a total of eight days to complete. This is residential and broken down into four modules of two days, each about a month apart.

My guys have come on leaps and bounds since attending the first Team Leader Training Course Stephen Barkley ' MD, Cumbrian News Print

Each course comprises aprox. 10 delegates from different companies, as we have found that this gives them a great opportunity to network and learn from the experiences of their peers.

The majority of the management training modules are a combination of presentations and group discussions followed by practical exercises, and are led by experienced BPIF HR trainers and ViP engineers.

An essential part of the training is to transfer learning into reality, so delegates are encouraged to draft action plans including how they will apply their new-found skills in their workplace and present their plans to the group.

This helps establish a culture of continuous improvement where change is sustainable and ongoing.
