Cost Reduction Through Lean

Most printers are facing increasing costs whether driven by wage increases or the costs of materials and energy, but passing these costs on to customers is difficult. Adopting Lean management techniques is the solution to reducing cost systematically.

We are running workshops in May to introduce printers to the power of Lean and these are an evolution of our previously successful Introduction to Lean seminars. The new improved 2007 events focus more on the application of Lean to generate significant costs savings and include participative exercises to reinforce presentations.

By running the event twice at both FujiFilm Bedford on 10th May and again at Sun Chemical Rochdale on 17th May we hope that it will be easier for more printers to send delegates along. As places are limited we regret we can only take two delegates per company, but will run a waiting list if anyone wants to be held in line pending cancellations.
