No excuse for smaller companies

Our new Modular Improvement Programme (MIP) has been specifically developed to be suitable for companies of less than 25 employees, for whom it is extremely difficult to free up the time and resources to undertake a more intensive Vision in Print process improvement programme.

Based on the findings from a one-day Premier Snapshot, the programme is customised to meet the needs of individual companies. The focus will be on key areas affecting cost, quality, delivery and flexibitily, in order that keenly targetted improvement effort achieves maximum benefit for that business. The programme is structured as 5 individual days spread over a couple of months and each day will introduce your team to a couple of best practice techniques and the practicalities of how to deploy them to best use in the factory.

Through their Modular Improvement Programme, one commercial printer of 24 employees reduced downtime by over 50% in their print and finishing areas which translates into projected costs savings of around £40,000 in the first year.
