Cost Reduction Through Lean Workshop - Reigate

Most printers are facing increasing costs whether driven by wage increases or the costs of materials and energy, but passing these costs on to customers is difficult. Adopting Lean management techniques is the solution to reducing cost systematically.

We are running two workshops on 6 and 7 October in Bristol and Reigate, to introduce printers to the power of Lean and these are an evolution of our previously successful Introduction to Lean seminars.
