Lean Foundation Course - Vision in Print launches a new quick, fun and print-specific introduction to Lean principles

This three-day programme (one day a month) trains staff in the core principles of Lean and Best Practice by engaging them in an interactive factory simulation. Delegates take on a role in a fictitious printing company and are guided through a series of production 'shifts'. Between each shift the delegates are coached in Lean Principles and make improvements to their fictitious company. At the end of the three days participants set themselves objectives to use the new skills in their own workplace

Who it for?
