Based In Chester, he was previously Managing Director of a company manufacturing glass and carbon fibre composite profiles, where his responsibilities included business development, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality, materials control and forecasting/budgeting.
Jean-Paul Wheater

Background: Jean-Paul is MBA qualified with over 12 years experience in Operational Management and Industrial Engineering. Based in Nottinghamshire, his prior role was at group level with a pan European supplier of polyurethane foam to the furniture, bedding and insulation markets, where he was responsible for process improvement and implementation of 'best practice' throughout the organisations manufacturing and support facilities to effect company wide change to a 'continuous improvement' culture.
Christian Charlton

Background: Christian holds a degree in Mechanical & Manufacturing Systems from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside, and has 10 years experience within the Print and Packaging industry. He developed his knowledge of Lean tools and project management techniques whilst working in the corrugated packaging sector. Christian then moved over to Polestar to share his experience and knowledge of Lean tools as a continuous improvement engineer. Christian has spent the last two years working for Prinovis Liverpool, starting as a Shift Manager.
Garry Mellor
Title: Process Improvement Engineer

Background: Garry has over 25 years manufacturing experience in the aerospace and defence industries, working in production, engineering and operations management. He has an HNC in electromechanical engineering from Basingstoke technical college. Throughout his career, Garry has been involved with continuous improvement and implementing lean techniques. He has taught and led teams through numerous lean projects, empowering individuals and delivering tangible results. Before joining Vision in Print, Garry worked for Danaher's Sensors and controls division as production manager, and previously as manufacturing engineer and cell leader at Muirhead Aerospace. In both companies Garry was also involved in quality and project management roles.
Jane Miller
Title: ViP Administrator

Philip Thompson
